You can use any filling to your liking.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.
Ingredients

  • 8-10 pancakes (according to recipes Pancakes or Yeast Pancakes)
  • 300 g minced meat (any, to taste)
  • 300 g canned or fresh tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • green onions

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add the tomatoes (if using fresh tomatoes, peel them off).

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 15-20 minutes.
Cool down.

Put the filling on the pancake.

Collect the edges so that you get a bag.
Tie with a feather of an onion (the onion can be doused with boiling water, then it will not tear).
