Chocolate muffins with bananas and hazelnuts


Awesome cupcakes! Delicate, juicy, fragrant.
I highly recommend trying!
The specified amount of ingredients makes 12-15 muffins.
Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sour cream (10-25%)
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g hazelnuts (or any nuts, to taste)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150-200 g flour

Preparation

Melt chocolate in a water bath.

Cut the bananas into small cubes.

Grind nuts in a blender.

Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.
Mix.

Add sour cream.
Mix.

Add chocolate.
Mix.

Add nuts.
Mix.

Add bananas.
Mix.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Grease the molds a little with oil..
Spread out the dough, filling the molds 2/3.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ready-made muffins can be poured with chocolate, garnished with chopped bananas and hazelnuts.
