Chocolate mousse on semolina


Delicate airy mousse.
The main thing is to beat it well..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g chocolate (milk or bitter – to taste)
  • 100 g semolina
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation

Bring the milk to a boil.

Add chocolate.
Stir well to dissolve.

In boiling milk with chocolate, in a thin stream, with constant stirring, pour semolina.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar.
Cook over low heat until thickened (about 5-7 minutes).

Cool the mass.
Add oil.

Beat well.

Arrange the mousse in tins or bowls.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
The finished mousse can be sprinkled with grated chocolate.
