Salad with ham, mushrooms and tomatoes

The salad turns out to be juicy, aromatic, tasty.
I advise you to dress with mayonnaise before serving so that the salad does not drip.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 200 g ham (or balyk, brisket, ham)
  • 300 g champignons
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g onions
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the champignons.

Dice the ham.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes (drain the juice).

Grate eggs on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Fry until all liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes).
Cool down.

Mix ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs.
Salt a little, pepper.

Season with mayonnaise.
