Salad with mash, cherry and thyme

The salad is very light, tasty and healthy.

You can try using lentils instead, but the taste will be very different..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 100 g mung bean
  • 18-20 cherry tomatoes (or 2-3 regular tomatoes)
  • lettuce leaves


  • 5-7 sprigs of thyme
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar 6%
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard (I used whole beans, but a paste works too)
  • salt
  • pepper


Rinse the mash in cold water.

Boil 250 ml of water in a saucepan.

Add mash.
To cover with a lid.
Cook for 20 minutes.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Cut the cherry in two (cut ordinary tomatoes into small pieces).

Cooking gas station.
Mix oil and vinegar.

Add mustard.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Free thyme from twigs.
Add the leaves to the dressing.

Salt, pepper.

Mix salad, cherry, mung.

Add dressing.
