Meat baked in puff pastry with mushrooms and rice


Side dish and meat in one dish.
Add crunchy dough to this for a delicious, festive meal..
You can use mashed potatoes instead of rice.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of meat (pork, beef, chicken, turkey)
  • 250 g puff pastry (yeast or unleavened)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 g of boiled rice
  • 150 g onions

  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Salt and pepper the meat.
