A simple, quick way to cook wings.
The wings are very juicy.
For a side dish, you can cook potatoes, rice, buckwheat or vegetable salad.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 150 g ketchup (or tomato paste)
- 150 g mayonnaise (or sour cream)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Make the sauce.
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise.
Wash the wings.
Salt, pepper.
If desired, you can cut off the tips of the wings (where there is practically no meat).
Pour the sauce over the wings.
Mix.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Arrange the wings in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
