Minced meat with beans and celery


Hearty, delicious minced meat dish.
I used canned beans.
Garnish with pasta, rice or potatoes.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (I have pork + beef)
  • 250 g beans (no liquid)
  • 300 g tomatoes in their own juice (or fresh)
  • 200 g celery stalks
  • leeks or 150 g onions
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp dried herbs (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the leek into half rings (finely chop the onion).

Finely chop the garlic.

Finely chop celery.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, chop.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add garlic.

Add minced meat.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add celery.

Mix.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes.

Add dried herbs.

Mix.
Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add beans.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
