Pork “pockets” with pineapple


Delicate pork, aromatic cheese, juicy pineapples! Very tasty!
You can cook rice or vegetable salad as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 600-700 g pork (fillet)
  • canned pineapple
  • 50 g cheese
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the pork into pieces 1.5–2 cm thick.

Make an incision on the side (not completely) to make a “pocket”.

Put some cheese in the pocket.

Put pineapple slices.

Secure the “pocket” with a toothpick.

Beat the egg, salt.

Roll the “pockets” in the egg.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on one side (about 10 minutes).

Turn over, fry on the other side (about 10 minutes).
