Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms


Zucchini and mushrooms are a wonderful combination.
The dish turns out to be light, but satisfying..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 300 g zucchini (or zucchini)
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato
  • leeks or 150 g onions
  • 50 g cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.

Take out the pulp with a teaspoon.

Cut the pulp into cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Cut cherry into slices (cut regular tomato into cubes).

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add the zucchini pulp.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Stuff the zucchini halves with mushroom filling.

Lay out the tomatoes.

Sprinkle the zucchini with cheese.

Place the zucchini in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
