Burrito is a popular Mexican dish.
Hearty, aromatic, moderately spicy (the pungency can be adjusted to your liking by adding or reducing the amount of chili).
Tortillas are sold in supermarkets.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 6-8 tortillas
  • 300 g minced meat (any, to taste)
  • 250 g beans (canned)
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g cheese
  • chili pepper
  • salsa sauce (about 6-8 tablespoons)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the garlic.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Chile free from seeds.
Cut in small pieces.

Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add chili.

Add minced meat.
Fry a little.

Add tomatoes.

Salt, pepper.
Fry until tender (about 20 minutes).

Add beans.

Remove from fire.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Brush the tortillas with salsa.

Lay out the filling.

Sprinkle with cheese.


Place in a baking dish.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
