Pancakes with apples under “Meringue”

Delicate pancakes, juicy apples and all this under a delicate meringue hat.
It is very tasty and beautiful!
Instead of apples, you can use pears or bananas (you do not need to stew them).
From the specified amount of ingredients, 30-40 pieces are obtained.

  • 4 pancakes (according to recipes Pancakes or Yeast Pancakes)
  • 500 g apples
  • 2 tbsp Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon


  • 2 squirrels
  • 100 g sugar


Peel the apples.
Remove core.
Cut into cubes.

Simmer apples in a frying pan (over medium heat) for 10 minutes (no need for water and oil).

Add sugar and cinnamon.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Cool down.

Roll up roll.

Cut into slices 1-1.5 cm wide.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease.
