Pie with lingonberry, lemon and streusel

Delicious pie!
Tender dough, sour filling, crispy crust!
You can use lime instead of lemon, cranberries or currants instead of lingonberries..
If you like sweets a lot, add sugar to the filling to taste.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300-350 g flour


  • 150 g lemon
  • 200 g lingonberry
  • 100-150 g sugar


  • 100 g butter

Cooking the filling.
Slice lemon.
Remove bones.
Put in blender.

If there is no blender, lemon can be minced.

Mix lingonberry and lemon.
Add sugar.

Cooking Streusel.
Mix butter and sugar.

Add flour.
Grind the mass with your hands to make a crumb.

Cooking the dough.
Mix butter and sugar.

Add eggs.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 29 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.
Make bumpers.

Put the filling on the dough.

Sprinkle with streusel.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
