I bring to your attention the simplest bread recipe. It is prepared very easily, but it turns out so delicious! And what flavor is during baking!

Bread, loaves, baguettes, ciabatta
From the specified amount of ingredients, 1 loaf of bread is obtained, weighing about 600 g.
Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 30 raw)
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400-450 g flour

Preparation

Warm up the milk (it should be warm, but not hot).

Add yeast.

Add sugar.

Add 100 g flour.
Mix.

Cover with a towel.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should rise (it took me 20 minutes).

Add vegetable oil.

Add salt.

Add remaining flour (300-350 g).
Knead the dough.

Cover with a towel.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should rise (it took me 30 minutes).

The mold (I used a mold measuring 23 × 14 and 5 cm high) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.

Let it rise.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Cool the finished bread, and only then cut.
