  • 150 g sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of kefir or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 200-250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp Sahara
  • 3 tbsp cocoa


Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs.

Add kefir.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead not a thick dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Add cocoa to one part.

Put 1-2 tablespoons in the tins. dark dough.

Put 1-2 tbsp on dark dough. light dough.

Put dark dough on light dough.
Thus, fill the molds 2/3 of the height.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

To prepare the glaze, mix butter, milk, sugar, cocoa.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from fire.
Cool down.

Put the cooled glaze on the cooled muffins.
