Squid with rice and tomatoes

Delicate squid, juicy tomatoes and rice are delicious and healthy.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g squid (peeled)
  • 100 g rice
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Boil rice until cooked as indicated on the package.

Bring the water to a boil.
Lower the squid.
Boil for exactly 3 minutes (if you boil longer, the squids will become tough and tasteless).
Cool down.

Cut the squid into strips.

Finely chop the onion.

Dice the tomatoes.

Finely chop the greens.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add tomatoes.
Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add rice.

Add squid.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 1 minute.

Add greens.
Remove from fire.

Enjoy your meal!
