In this recipe, I used a ready-made frozen sea cocktail (mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus), which I defrosted beforehand, drained all the liquid.
Any rice can be used to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 200 g rice
  • 500 g seafood
  • 400 g bell pepper
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt


Boil rice until tender (as indicated on the package).

Finely chop the onion.

Pepper to clear from seeds.
Cut into strips.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add pepper.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add seafood.
Salt, pepper.

Simmer covered for 5-7 minutes.

Add rice.
Remove from fire.

Enjoy your meal!
