Despite the fact that mayonnaise is added to the dough, it is not felt at all in the finished cake.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 6 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 380 g of condensed milk
- 500-550 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 kg sour cream
- 200 g sugar
Mix sugar with eggs.
Add condensed milk.
Add baking powder and flour.
Knead a not very thick dough.
Put dough about 1 cm thick in a greased mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Bake 3-4 cakes.

Stir sour cream with sugar.
Cut the baked cakes horizontally.
Grease the cake with cream.
Cover with a second cake layer.
Lubricate with cream.
So collect the whole cake.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Decorate the finished cake to taste.
