Chicken wings with tomato-garlic sauce

Juicy fragrant wings.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken wings (or thighs, drumsticks, legs, etc.)
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the greens.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Put in blender.


Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press into the tomatoes.

Add greens.


Fry the wings in vegetable oil.

Salt, pepper.

Add tomatoes.
Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
