Awesome cake.
Delicate, juicy, with aroma and taste of coffee.
Suitable for a festive table, and for home tea drinking.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 200 g chocolate
  • 200 ml of coffee (3 tsp for 200 ml of boiling water)
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 500-550 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder


  • 700 g sour cream
  • 150 g sugar


Add chocolate to coffee.
Put on a small fire.

Melt the chocolate with constant stirring.
Cool down.

Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs.


Add chocolate-coffee mass.

Add flour, baking powder.
Knead not a thick dough.

Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Put each part in a greased mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Bake 3 cakes in this way.

Cut each cake horizontally into 2 parts, as a result, you get 6 cake layers.

Stir sour cream with sugar until the grains disappear.

Grease the cake with cream.

Cover with a second cake layer.

Lubricate with cream.
Cover with third cake layer.
Lubricate with cream.
Collect all the cakes in this way.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

Decorate to taste.
