Dessert with biscuit, strawberry and butter cream


Luxurious dessert!
Delicate biscuit, fragrant cream, strawberries! This is delicious! Be sure to cook and delight your loved ones!
You don’t need to add Baileys, but it tastes much better with it. Instead, you can use any liqueur to taste. Instead of strawberries, you can use any berry or chopped fruit (peaches, mango, etc.)
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
biscuit:

  • 1 egg
  • 50 g sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g flour

cream:

  • 150 ml cream 33-35%
  • 100 mascarpone
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 ml of Baileys

also:

  • 200-250 g strawberries

Preparation

Cooking a biscuit.
Beat the egg with sugar.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Mold (I used a mold measuring 20 × 20 cm) grease a little with oil.
Pour the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Cool down.

Cut the finished biscuit into small cubes.

Cooking cream.
Whip the cream with sugar (as soon as the cream begins to thicken, stop whipping).

Add mascarpone.

Stir at the lowest speed.

Add Baileys.

Stir gently.

Finely chop the strawberries.

Put some cream on the bottom of the bowls.

Lay out the biscuit.

Put the cream on the biscuit.

Put strawberries on the cream.

Put the cream on the strawberries.

Put the biscuit on the cream.

Put the cream on the biscuit.
Dessert can be served immediately, can be cooled before serving.

Garnish with strawberries and mint.
