Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh apricots or peaches

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml white apple or grape juice

Preparation

Cooking cream.
Beat eggs with sugar.

Add starch, lemon juice.
Mix.

Add apple or grape juice.
Mix.

Wash apricots or peaches.
Remove pits.
Cut into pieces.
