Casserole with mushrooms and mashed potatoes


Delicate puree, aromatic mushrooms.
Delicious casserole!
Mushrooms can be used both fresh and frozen.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.

Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Add sour cream.

Mix.
Remove from fire.

Drain the potatoes.
Add oil.

Salt, ceiling.

Add milk, mix well.

The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 27 cm and a height of 3 cm) grease with oil (or cover with baking paper).
Set aside 3-4 tbsp. mashed potatoes, put the rest in a mold, smooth.

Put the remaining puree in a cooking syringe (if there is no syringe, you can put the puree in a bag and cut off the corner).
Make a side.

Put mushrooms in the middle, smooth.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cool the finished casserole, cut into portions.
