  • 3 oranges
  • 200 g sugar
  • 20 g gelatin


Pour gelatin with 200 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Juice the oranges.

Coarsely chop the crusts.

Pour the crust into 1 liter of water.
Boil for 10 minutes.

Cool to 40-50 degrees.
Add sugar and swollen gelatin.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.

Add squeezed juice.
Remove from fire.

Pour into molds (or bowls).
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
