Beans and mushrooms salad

Beans and mushrooms – a good combination.
The salad turns out to be hearty, tasty.
Beans can be used canned.
You can use any mushrooms to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 150 g beans
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Soak beans in cold water for 3-4 hours.

Boil until tender.
Cool down.

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Grate eggs on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Fry for 20-25 minutes.

Mix beans, mushrooms, eggs.
Salt, pepper.

Season with vegetable oil.

Enjoy your meal!
