Meat zrazy with egg and onion


Zrazy are cutlets with filling.
I strongly advise you to do the minced meat yourself (I make pork + beef). The cutlets are very tasty! Delicate, juicy.
Fried mushrooms can be used instead of egg filling..
Mashed potatoes are ideal for garnish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 8 cutlets are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (any to taste)
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 200 g onions
  • 100 g loaf
  • 200 ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the eggs.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Mix onions and eggs.
Salt.

Soak a loaf in milk.

Mix the minced meat and the loaf (squeeze the loaf a little), salt and pepper.

Form a flat cake from minced meat.

Put an egg and onion filling in the center of each cake (if the minced meat is dry, you can put a piece of butter).

Roll the filling and form a cutlet.

Place the patties on a greased baking sheet (seam down), place in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Also zrazy can be fried in a pan, in vegetable oil.
