Pots with meat, beans and mushrooms


If you do not like beans, you can skip them..
Instead of small pots, you can use a baking dish with a lid, with a volume of about 2.5 liters.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5 medium pots with a volume of 500 ml are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g beef (pork, lamb)
  • 200 g beans
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 g bell pepper
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Soak beans for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).

Boil the beans until tender (the cooking time is indicated on the package).

Finely chop the onion.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Pepper, clear of seeds, cut into strips.

Dice the tomatoes.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add meat.
Fry a little.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.

Add pepper.
Fry for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Put some meat in pots.

Put the beans on the meat.

Put the meat on the beans.

Pour in some water (about 50 ml).

Close the lid.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
