Tomato soup with hunting sausages and beans

The big plus of this recipe is that it cooks very quickly..
The soup is rich and aromatic.
You can serve it with sour cream.
The amount of ingredients is indicated per 4 liter saucepan..

  • 700 g potatoes
  • 300 g hunting sausages
  • 400 g beans (canned)
  • 400 g tomatoes in their own juice
  • leeks or 150 g onions
  • 5-6 sprigs of thyme (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the leek into half rings (finely chop the onion).

Cut sausages into slices.

Peel potatoes.
Cut into cubes.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes.

Pour 3–3.5 liters of water into a saucepan.
Add potatoes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add sausages.

Add beans.

Add tomatoes.

Add onion.
Salt, pepper.
Cook until potatoes are tender.

Add thyme at the end of cooking.
Let the soup steep for 15-20 minutes.
