Soup in a pot with beef and vegetables

  • 500 g of beef
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 200 g eggplant
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 200 g bell pepper
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g carrots
  • 100 g onions

Dice the onion.
