From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 1 can of cod liver (250 g)
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 200 g carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g pickled or pickled cucumbers
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Boil potatoes and carrots until tender.

Peel potatoes.
Cut into cubes.

Peel carrots.
Grate on a medium grater.

Grate eggs on a medium grater.

Cut cucumbers into strips or cubes.

Drain the oil from the cod liver.
Mash the liver with a fork.

Mix liver, eggs, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers.
Salt if necessary.

Season with mayonnaise.
