Chicken fillet fried with Brussels sprouts


If you love Brussels sprouts, you must love this dish.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet (or turkey fillet)
  • 400 g brussels sprouts (or cauliflower, broccoli)
  • 200 g onions
  • 200 g carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Fillet cut into small pieces.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Add carrots, fry a little.

Add fillet.
Salt a little, pepper.
Fry over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

Put the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water.
Cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

Add cabbage to fillet.
Mix.
Fry for 5 minutes.
