Whey can be used to make pancakes or bread.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 300 g is obtained.

  • 1 liter of milk (any fat content)
  • 500 ml of kefir (any fat content)


Bring the milk to a boil.

Add kefir.

Heat until curd flakes start to form (this happens quickly).

Put curd in a sieve.
Let the whey drain.

Enjoy your meal!
