Funchoza with bacon, tomato and egg pancakes

The salad turns out to be hearty, and can easily replace lunch..
You can use ham instead of bacon (you don’t need to fry it).
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-7 servings are obtained.

  • 100 g funchose
  • 150 g bacon
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut bacon into strips.

Fry in a pan (no oil added).

Eggs, each separately, beat.

Grease the pan a little with oil.
Fry an egg pancake on one side.

Fry on the other side.

Cool pancakes.
Cut into strips.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Finely chop the greens.

Prepare funchoza as written on the package.
I poured boiling water over it for 5 minutes.

Then washed in cold water.
Optionally, you can cut it.

Mix bacon, egg pancakes, tomatoes, herbs, funchose.
If necessary, salt and pepper.

Optionally, you can fill the salad with vegetable oil, I did not do that, because after frying the bacon becomes juicy, this was enough so that the salad was not dry.
