Korean salad with squid, seaweed and carrots

Delicious hearty salad.
If you love squid, you will definitely like it..
Instead of Korean carrots, you can use just fresh carrots.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 350 g squid (peeled)
  • 150 g seaweed (cooked)
  • 150 g Korean carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • greens to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Bring the water to a boil.
Add squid.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
