“New Year” salad

Bright holiday salad.
It turns out very tasty, satisfying.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g turkey (or chicken) fillet
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g prunes
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • salt


Boil the fillet until tender (boil the turkey fillet for about 35 minutes after boiling, cook the chicken fillet for 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool down.

Fillet finely chop.

Finely chop the prunes.

Chop the nuts in a blender (or chop with a knife).

Separate the whites from the yolks.
Grate proteins on a fine grater.

Grate the yolks on a fine grater.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

At the bottom of the plate (I used a plate with a diameter of 23 cm) put the fillet.
Grease with mayonnaise.

Put the yolks on the fillet.
Brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Put prunes on the yolks.
Grease a little with mayonnaise.

Put cheese on prunes.
Grease a little with mayonnaise.

Put nuts on the cheese.
Grease a little with mayonnaise.

Put proteins on the nuts.

Decorate the salad to taste.
I made a dial from thinly sliced ​​carrots.
