Hearty yet light salad.
Liver can be used chicken.
Instead of fresh cucumbers, you can use pickled.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 300 g beef liver
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 100 g onions
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Boil the liver until tender (cook for about 20-30 minutes after boiling).

Boil potatoes until tender.

Finely chop the onion.

Pour boiling water over the onion.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water.
Rinse the onion in cold water (this is done so that it does not taste bitter).

Cut the liver into strips.

Peel potatoes.
Cut into cubes.

Cut the cucumber into strips.

Grate eggs on a medium grater.

Mix cucumber, potatoes, eggs, onions, liver.
Salt to taste.

Season with mayonnaise.
