Pink salmon baked with potatoes, mushrooms and cheese

Pink salmon turns out to be juicy, tender. Potato resembles pancakes, goes well with fish.

  • 500 g pink salmon fillet
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 100 g onions
  • 100 g cheese

Grate potatoes on a fine grater.
