Dorado marinated in soy sauce, baked with herbs

  • 2 dorado (or sea bass, trout, etc.)
  • 2 sprigs of tarragon (or dill, thyme, parsley)


  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • lime juice (or half a lemon)
  • salt
  • pepper


Clean the fish.
Put a sprig of greens in the belly.

Mix soy sauce and water.

Add lime juice.

Add ginger.
Salt a little, pepper.

Put the fish in the mold.

Pour marinade over.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Put the fish in a baking dish (drain the marinade).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
