Chicken fillet with tomato sauce and basil

Juicy fillet with delicious sauce. It is easy and quick to prepare. You can cook rice or potatoes as a side dish.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 4-5 servings.

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • basil (or any greens to taste)
  • olives (to taste)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Put fillet in foil.
Season with salt, pepper, add 1 tsp. vegetable oil.

Foil wrap.

Put in a baking dish, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut the pulp into cubes.

Finely chop the greens.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add tomatoes.

Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add greens.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut the fillet, put on a plate, pour over the sauce.
Garnish with olives if desired.
