Chicken liver fried with mushrooms and buckwheat


Mushrooms go well with buckwheat. Liver fits well, complements flavor.
You can use any mushrooms to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken liver
  • 300 g mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
  • 200 g buckwheat
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Fry for 5 minutes.

Add liver.

Salt, pepper.
Fry until tender (about 10-15 minutes).

Boil buckwheat as indicated on the package.

Add buckwheat to the liver.
Mix.
Remove from fire.

Enjoy your meal!
