Chicken stew with tomatoes

Tender, fragrant, juicy chicken.
Prepares quickly and easily.
You can cook potatoes, pasta or rice as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 1 kg chicken drumstick (or thighs, wings, fillet)
  • 700 ml tomatoes in their own juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp hops-suneli (or dried herbs)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Salt and pepper thighs.

Add spices.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.


Fry until golden brown on one side.

Turn over, fry on the other side.

Peel the tomatoes, put in a blender (with juice).

Add tomatoes to chicken.
Simmer until tender (about 30 minutes).
