Ingredients

  • 300 g fillet of fresh salmon or trout
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • leek or onion (1 onion)
  • 150 g carrots
  • 500 ml cream (10-20%)
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • greens to taste

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Grate carrots on a fine grater.

Peel potatoes.
Cut into small cubes or cubes.

Cut the salmon into small pieces.

Peel the tomatoes (to make the skin peel off easier, you can dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds).
Cut into cubes.

In a saucepan, in vegetable oil, fry the onions.

Add carrots.
Fry.

Add tomatoes.
Fry lightly.

Pour in 1 liter of water.
Boil.

When the water boils, add the potatoes.
Salt a little.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add salmon.

Pour in the cream.
Cook until potatoes are tender (3-5 minutes).
Add salt to taste, if necessary.

Sprinkle ready-made soup with herbs.
