Pasta with broccoli, cauliflower and chicken fillet

Bright, hearty, tasty dish.
Instead of pasta, you can use rice, it will be delicious too.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 350 g chicken fillet (or turkey fillet)
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 100 g parmesan (or any hard cheese)
  • 250 g cherry (or regular tomatoes)
  • leeks (or 150 g of onions)
  • 200 g pasta
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the leek into half rings (finely chop the onion).

Cut chicken fillet into small pieces.

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.

Cut the cherry in two (cut ordinary tomatoes into small pieces).

Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add fillet.
Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Add broccoli and cauliflower.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes.
Fry for 5 minutes.

Boil pasta until tender (as indicated on the package).

Add pasta to fillet with vegetables.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Sprinkle cheese on the dish when serving.
