Ingredients
- 700 g ribs
- 500 g cabbage
- 200 g beans
- 200 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- 1 tbsp spices to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Pour the beans with water.
Leave for 4 hours.
Boil until tender.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Finely chop the onion.
Chop ribs.
Chop the cabbage.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add tomatoes.
Add spices.
Add ribs.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cabbage.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add beans.
Mix.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
