Ribs stewed with cabbage and beans

Delicate cabbage, juicy ribs – very tasty, satisfying.
I used pork ribs, you can use lamb.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.

  • 700 g ribs
  • 500 g cabbage
  • 200 g beans
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • 1 tbsp spices to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Pour the beans with water.
Leave for 4 hours.

Boil until tender.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Finely chop the onion.

Chop ribs.

Chop the cabbage.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots, fry a little.

Add tomatoes.

Add spices.

Add ribs.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add cabbage.
Salt, pepper.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add beans.

Simmer for 10 minutes.
