Delicious pie!
Airy dough, tender filling, fragrant juicy apples.
It is very similar to cheesecake (the filling is exactly the same as in cheesecake), it differs from cheesecake only in the biscuit base.
It is advisable to use apples that are not very hard.
I mixed apples with brown sugar, it gives a caramel flavor. But you can use regular white sugar..
You can use pears instead of apples.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar

Cooking the cake.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add flour and baking powder.
Stir gently.
Grease the mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Pour the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool down.
Cooking the filling.
Mix cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add cream.
Mix.
Add eggs.
Mix.
Put the filling on the cake.
Peel and core the apples.
Slice thin.
Add cinnamon and sugar.
Mix.
On the cake, carefully, put the apples.
Since the filling is liquid, I advise you to spread the apples flat, one piece at a time, so that they do not drown.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for an hour.
Cool the finished pie completely (it is advisable to leave in the refrigerator overnight), then cut into portions.
