Cupcakes with dried apricots and corn flour


Delicious muffins!
Delicate, lush, fragrant.
Instead of dried apricots, you can use any dried fruit, to taste.
Ready-made muffins can be poured with icing (I used a store-bought one) or melted chocolate.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 8-10 pieces are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g dried apricots
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g corn flour
  • 50–70 g wheat flour

Preparation

Cut dried apricots into small pieces.

Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.
Mix.

Add dried apricots.

Mix.

Add corn flour.

Mix.

Add wheat flour and baking powder.
Mix.

Grease the molds a little with oil..
Spread out the dough, filling the molds 2/3.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
