Pork with tomatoes and onions

Delicious dish.
Juicy meat with a delicate aromatic filling.
You can use turkey fillet instead of pork.
You can serve vegetable salad as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pork fillet
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • greens to taste
  • lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • egg
  • 30 g mustard (paste or grain)
  • 50 g bread crumbs
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Cut the onion into rings.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Finely chop the greens.

Remove the zest from the lemon (remove only the yellow part).

Finely chop the garlic or squeeze through the garlic press.

Mix the zest and garlic.

Add greens.

Beat the egg.

Salt, pepper.

Add mustard.

Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.

Cut the pork into slices about 5-7 mm thick.

Beat back a little.

Put a circle of tomato on a piece of pork.
Salt a little.

Put the onion ring on the tomato.

Put the tomato on the onion.

Put greens with zest and garlic on the tomato.

Cover with a slice of pork.

Secure with toothpicks.

Roll in egg with mustard.

Roll in breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.

Fry in vegetable oil on one side (fry for about 10-15 minutes, over medium heat).

Turn over, fry on the other side (fry for 10-15 minutes, over medium heat).

Remember to remove toothpicks when serving.
