Chicken fillet baked with tomatoes and mozzarella

Bright, aromatic, very tasty dish!
The fillet is very tender and juicy. Tomatoes and mozzarella harmoniously complement the taste, while basil gives an incredible aroma!
Of course, instead of mozzarella, you can use another cheese, instead of basil – any greens, but you get a completely different dish..
You can cook rice or vegetable salad as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper


  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 100 g tomato sauce (or ketchup, tomato paste)
  • ½ lemon


Cooking the marinade.
Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, juice of half a lemon.

Put fillet in the marinade.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.

Finely chop the basil.

Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil.

Salt a little, pepper.

Put fillet in a baking dish.

Put tomatoes with mozzarella and basil on the fillet.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
