From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 Easter cakes are obtained with a height of 11 cm and a width of 17 cm.

  • 150 ml milk
  • 10 g dry yeast (or 50 g fresh yeast)
  • 150-200 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 150 g cottage cheese (5-9%)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g candied fruits
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 500-550 g flour


Chop candied fruits.

Heat the milk (it should be warm, not hot).

Add 1 tbsp. Sahara.

Add yeast.

Add 100 g flour.

Cover with cling film or towel.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should double.

Put eggs and cottage cheese in a blender.

If there is no blender, you can rub the curd through a sieve and mix with eggs.

Grind well with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.

Add cottage cheese with eggs.

Add dough.


Add washed and dried raisins, candied fruits.


Add remaining flour (400-450 g).
Knead the dough.

Cover with cling film or towel.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should rise well.

Grease the mold with oil.
Spread out the dough, filling it 1/3 of the height.

To check the readiness of the cake, pierce it with a wooden skewer; if it is dry, the cake is ready.

Ready-made cakes can be greased with protein cream.
