Honey gingerbread cookies in sugar glaze

Delicious gingerbread.
Delicate, soft, fragrant.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 30-35 pieces are obtained.

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g honey
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 400-450 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Mix honey, sugar, butter.

Put on fire.
Bring to a boil (do not boil).

Remove from fire.
Cool down.

Add eggs to the mass.


Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Roll out the dough 1 cm thick.

Cut out circles with a mold.

Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper.
Lay out the gingerbread.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Dip ready-made gingerbreads in hot icing.

Place the gingerbread cookies on a wire rack or plate.
